CLASS SCHEDULE
TERM ONE: August 10*–December 20, 2024
*Creative Movement + PB1 begin 8/10, All remaining classes begin 8/12

REGISTRATION INFO

Students ages 3–8 are placed by age as of September 1. Students 9 and up are placed by knowledge, ability, and potential as part of our Vocational Training or Pre-Professional Programs.
A complimentary placement/trial class is required for all new students. To schedule a placement class, please email WoodlandsAdmin@VitaccaDance.com or call 281.367.7185.

Registration for our after school training programs is ongoing, by division.
Returning student registration forms are available on the Program Pages or through the school office.
New students ages 9+ must be placed via Assessment Class (free)– please contact the school office to schedule, and registration forms will be made available upon placement.
New CHILDREN'S PROGRAM students may register for classes by age through the forms on the Program Page or Online.
Dancers wishing to join a Vitacca performance company, a scholarship program, or the Accelerated Program must audition for review and acceptance. Auditions held annually between April & August. Please see our Auditions page for updates
Please complete all registration materials and return to school by mail, email (woodlandsadmin@vitaccadance.com), or office appointment before first day of class.
Registration Fee: $65
Each Sibling Registration Fee: $35 -
Division training costs (tuition) is based on a 35-week season and divided into ten payments from July through April. Tuition is invoiced on the 25th of the preceding month and late on the 2nd of the month. Exception – December installment will be invoiced on the 30th. Month to month registration is not allowed.
10 payments/installments July through April. Exact tuition amounts can be found on Division Registration Forms. All tuition and fees are non-refundable.

CHILDREN’S PROGRAM:
Dancers are to arrive 5 minutes early to class and wait in the car until Vitacca Staff calls for class line-up. Children’s Program Teachers will guide dancers to the school exit for dismissal and parent pick-up.SCHOOL TRAINING + PRE-PROFESSIONAL:
Dancers, please arrive and enter the building no earlier than 15 minutes before each class and exit the school promptly at conclusion of classes/rehearsals. We kindly ask that all parents are prompt for pickup. -

Vaccinations not required for participation
Masks are welcomed in the studio/training spaces but not required
Cleaning measures in place- HEPA filters in all studios and routine sanitization of surfaces, floors, barres, and shared areas
Return to train after positive test result - Dancers are required to quarantine for five days from start of symptoms. Dancers must be without fever and be symptom free to return to training. Dancers are asked to wear a mask in the studios and common spaces for five days upon their return
DRESS CODE

All dancers are responsible for wearing the correct dress code for their class level. If the dancer does not have the correct attire, the student may be asked to watch the class. For a list of required attire, please see the chart linked below through the "View Dress Code By Level" button.
HAIR
All students in Ballet classes must have their hair up in a bun. Bangs and long ends need to be pulled neatly back and secured with pins. A mist of hairspray should be used to keep loose ends out of the face and off the neck. Dancers with short hair (above the neck) need to secure the hair off the face and neck (bun is not necessary for very short hair).
JEWELRY & GLASSES
For the student's own safety there will be no jewelry or glasses worn in class.

ORDER: Please fill out a Dress Code Order Form and submit to the office via mail, email, or in person. Payments accepted by cash, check, or card.
Note: Bella Rosa leotards only available for purchase/order through August 16, and will be available for dancers in divisions C through E in Adult sizes only
