Program Details
About
Vitacca Woodlands Children's Program offers a fun, enriching selection of dance classes for children ages 3–8 within the Fall, Spring, and Summer Terms. With small class sizes, this program introduces the aspiring dancer to technical fundamentals, classroom etiquette, and art form appreciation in a personalized environment. Open registration; contact us to request a free trial class. All students may participate in the annual end-of-year performance, Dance Soiree, and students ages 8–12 may audition to join the Young Artist Performance Company.

Students ages3–8 are placed by age as of September 1, while students 9 and up are placed by knowledge, ability and potential as part of our Vocational Training or Pre-Professional Programs.
Dancers wishing to join a Vitacca performance compan must audition for review and acceptance. Auditions held annually between April & August. Please see our Auditions page for updates

Children’s Program registration is based on age as of September 1. Families may register ONLINE or by downloading and filling out the corresponding forms below and submitting via email, mail, or in person before the first day of class.

Division training costs (tuition) is based on a 35-week season and divided into ten payments from July through April. Tuition is invoiced on the 25th of the preceding month and late on the 2nd of the month. Exception – December installment will be invoiced on the 30th. Month to month registration is not allowed.
10 payments/installments July through April. All tuition and fees are non-refundable.

For online registration, please note that PayPal and online payment with a credit card incurs an event platform processing fee. Zelle payment does not incur a processing fee.

Ballet is fun! CREATIVE MOVEMENT is the introduction of ballet-based movement begins at this young age. Students begin developing their gross motor skills using various types of music, props, and their imagination. Students practice taking instruction, plus direction, in an enriching and artistic environment.
