Audition for
The Nutcracker!

SATURDAY, AUGUST 24

The Nutcracker is a dazzling holiday tradition for children and adults of all ages. We invite Vitacca dancers to audition for our 2024 cast on Saturday, August 24; times by ages listed below. Nutcracker production week will be November 25–December 1.

Eligibility: Returning Vitacca Students are required to train for two weeks over Summer season in order to audition.

AUDITION TIMES

1:00–2:30 PM | Ages 7–11
2:30–4:00 PM | Ages 12+ (Ages 13+ pointe work required)

NOTES + PROCEDURES

Please remember to come prepared with a 5x7 headshot that will be turned in at time of check in. Check in will open 30 minutes prior to each audition time.

Ballet attire required, including ballet and pointe shoes for dancers that have trained en pointe for 2+ years: Pink tights, black leotard, pink ballet/pointe shoes (ages 13+) and hair pulled cleanly into a bun.
